David Rainey
graduated from the University of Iowa in May of 2006
with a B.A. in Political Science. In May of 2009, he
received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School
where he earned a CALI award in Labor Law and
competed in three Honors Moot Court competitions. In
January of 2010, he received his LL.M. in Employee
Benefits Law with honors from The John
Marshall Law School, and was an Academic Fellow for
The Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits. David
is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and
became a member of the Illinois Bar on May 6, 2010.
David became
of counsel to Daley, DeBofsky, and Bryant in April
of 2010
